Nostar Gem Terms and Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry the meanings given below when used on the Nostar Gem platform, in communications from Nostar Gem, or in any documents or materials published by Nostar Gem in connection with its services.

• "Nostar Gem" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operating at nostargem.com and all associated mobile or application interfaces.
• "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has completed and submitted a registration on Nostar Gem and whose account remains active and in good standing.
• "Account" means the unique personal gaming account created in the member's name following successful registration and verification on Nostar Gem.
• "Platform" refers to the Nostar Gem website, any mobile-optimised version of the site, and any affiliated gaming interfaces made available through nostargem.com.
• "PHP" or "₱" refers to Philippine Peso, the only currency in which Nostar Gem account balances, deposits, stakes, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated.
• "Promotional Offer" means any bonus, welcome offer, referral reward, free-play credit, cashback, or reload incentive made available to eligible Nostar Gem members from time to time.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means a confirmed stake placed by a member on an available Nostar Gem market after explicit confirmation on the bet slip.

These Terms and Conditions are written in Philippine English and should be interpreted according to commonly understood meaning in that usage. Where any ambiguity arises, the interpretation that best protects the legitimate interests of both the member and the platform will be applied.

Participation on Nostar Gem is subject to strict eligibility requirements. Before creating an account or placing any bet, please confirm all of the following conditions apply to you personally.

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and remain so at the time of any subsequent participation.
• You are accessing Nostar Gem from a location where online gaming and sports betting of this type is lawful for individuals of your age.
• You are registering and participating for yourself — not on behalf of another person and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to any active self-exclusion agreement, whether requested through Nostar Gem or through any applicable regulatory scheme.
• Employees, directors, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of Nostar Gem are not eligible to hold member accounts or participate in any betting or promotional activity.
• Nostar Gem reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residential address from any member at any stage. Failure to provide accurate documentation when requested may result in suspension of account access and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

By submitting a registration form on Nostar Gem, you are making a declaration that all of the above conditions are met. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account at that time.

Each eligible individual may hold exactly one active Nostar Gem account. The registration process requires accurate personal information. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading details constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

• Members must provide a valid full name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number during registration. All fields are mandatory and must reflect your actual details.
• Nostar Gem reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including a valid government-issued Philippine ID, selfie verification, or proof of address. These requests are processed securely and in accordance with the Nostar Gem Privacy Policy.
• Opening a second account — whether under the same name, a different name, or through a shared device — is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, Nostar Gem will close all but the earliest verified account and may void wagers and promotional credits associated with any additional accounts.
• Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Do not share your password, OTP, or account PIN with any other person. Nostar Gem support will never request your password through any channel.
• If you believe your Nostar Gem account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact support immediately. Nostar Gem is not liable for losses resulting from access by a person to whom the member has voluntarily or negligently disclosed their credentials.

All financial transactions on Nostar Gem — deposits, withdrawals, stakes, and winnings — are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). There is no currency conversion on the platform. What you deposit is what your account displays, without deduction or conversion. The following payment methods are supported where shown as active on the deposit and withdrawal panels.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per method are displayed in the Nostar Gem account panel at the time of the transaction. These limits may be adjusted from time to time.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible. Nostar Gem reserves the right to request additional verification before processing a withdrawal.
• Nostar Gem does not accept deposits from accounts held by third parties. All payments must originate from a method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits may be returned and the associated account reviewed.
• Funds held in a Nostar Gem account are not interest-bearing. They are maintained for the purpose of funding gaming activity only and do not constitute a deposit account in the banking sense.

All wagers placed on Nostar Gem are subject to the rules below as well as any specific rules published alongside individual markets. Placing a bet constitutes acceptance of both these general rules and any market-specific conditions in force at the time.

• A bet is only confirmed once it appears in the member's Nostar Gem bet history with a confirmed reference number. Bets that have not received a confirmation reference due to a technical interruption are not binding on either party.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. Nostar Gem reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific accounts without advance notice in cases of irregular betting patterns.
• Odds displayed on the Nostar Gem platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds recorded at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to the wager, regardless of subsequent movement.
• Where a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the minimum qualifying period defined in the applicable sport rules, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the member's Nostar Gem account.
• Nostar Gem reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a pricing error is clearly evident — for example, where odds have been published at a level that no reasonable interpretation of the event could justify. Such voids are applied to affected wagers only.
• Participation in match-fixing, bet manipulation, or any activity intended to exploit a Nostar Gem market in a manner inconsistent with legitimate sports wagering is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

Sports results are settled according to official body rulings. In the case of events where an official result is subsequently reversed — for example, after a fight result is overturned by a commission — Nostar Gem will follow the published industry standard for the relevant sport. Nostar Gem offers promotional incentives to eligible members from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit matches, free-play credits, cashback offers, and referral rewards. Each offer is governed by its own specific terms in addition to this general section.

• Eligibility for any Nostar Gem promotion is determined at the time the offer is activated. Meeting the general registration criteria does not automatically qualify a member for every available offer.
• Bonus funds and free-play credits are separate from real-money balances in the Nostar Gem account. Unless the applicable offer terms specifically state otherwise, bonus funds must meet the published turnover or wagering requirement before any portion can be converted to a withdrawable balance.
• Promotional offers have validity periods. Any bonus credit, free-play allocation, or qualifying wager requirement that is not completed before the stated expiry will lapse automatically without replacement.
• Nostar Gem reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel a promotion at any time where fraud, abuse, technical error, or other unforeseen circumstance has affected the integrity of the offer. Members who have already met qualifying conditions in good faith will not be retrospectively penalised.
• Claiming a promotional offer through multiple accounts, exploiting an obvious bonus error, or coordinating with other members to hedge bonus exposure is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in the forfeiture of the relevant promotional credit and may result in account closure.

Nostar Gem reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close a member account without advance notice in the circumstances set out below. Where closure results from a regulatory requirement or confirmed fraud investigation, funds associated with the account may be withheld pending the outcome of that process.

• Providing false identity information at registration or during a verification request.
• Opening or operating more than one Nostar Gem account, whether under the same or a different name.
• Using another person's payment method, identity, or credentials to fund or operate an account.
• Engaging in or facilitating bet manipulation, bonus abuse, arbitrage exploiting pricing errors, or any pattern of activity inconsistent with legitimate recreational betting.
• Receiving a confirmed underage determination during or after the verification process.
• A voluntary request from the account holder or from an authorised responsible-gaming referral body.

Members who wish to close their Nostar Gem account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Any verified real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be withdrawn to the member's registered payment method within the standard processing period, subject to completion of applicable verification requirements.

Nostar Gem is an entertainment platform. The games and markets available on Nostar Gem involve real financial risk. No outcome is guaranteed, and sustained profit from gambling is not a realistic expectation for the overwhelming majority of participants. Nostar Gem encourages all members to approach the platform as a form of entertainment funded from discretionary leisure money.

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the amount you can add to your Nostar Gem account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits — set an alert or automatic logout after a chosen period of continuous activity on Nostar Gem.
• Cooling-off period — take a short break from the platform of between 24 hours and 30 days. Account access is suspended for the selected period and cannot be reversed during that time.
• Self-exclusion — permanently or indefinitely restrict your access to Nostar Gem. This option is irreversible for the minimum selected period and Nostar Gem will not accept re-registration attempts during an active self-exclusion.

• Members have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data held by Nostar Gem, subject to applicable retention obligations and active investigation requirements.

All content available on Nostar Gem — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, written content, data feeds, odds formats, game mechanics, imagery, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of Nostar Gem or is used under licence from the relevant rights holder.

• Members may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Nostar Gem content without prior written permission.
• Accessing Nostar Gem through unauthorised automation, scraping tools, betting bots, or data extraction scripts is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Nostar Gem brand name and logo may not be used in any promotional material, social media account, or third-party website without explicit written consent from Nostar Gem.

Nostar Gem provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While the platform aims for continuous availability and technical reliability, outages, maintenance windows, and third-party service interruptions do occur.

• Nostar Gem is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, delayed bet confirmation during peak-load periods, or temporary suspension of live markets during technical maintenance.
• Nostar Gem is not responsible for losses arising from the use of the platform on an unsecured network, or from a member's failure to maintain the security of their own login credentials.
• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

In all cases, Nostar Gem's maximum liability to any individual member for any single claim is limited to the verified real-money balance held in that member's account at the time the claim arises, excluding bonus or promotional credits.

Nostar Gem may update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material changes that affect member rights or obligations will be communicated to registered members via the email address on file and will be posted on the platform with a clear effective date.

• Continued use of Nostar Gem after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
• If you do not agree to an amendment, you may close your account prior to the effective date and withdraw any verified real-money balance according to the standard withdrawal process.
• Minor amendments — such as corrections to formatting, clarification of existing language, or updates to payment method availability — may be made without advance individual notification. The version date at the top of this page is updated whenever any change is made.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of Nostar Gem that cannot be resolved through the standard support process will be referred to the relevant Philippine jurisdiction for determination.

• Nothing in this clause affects a member's statutory rights under applicable Philippine consumer protection law.
